The Law of Conservation of Probability

Probability can neither be created nor destroyed.

Example: My friend, Rama, exists. This is highly improbable. Therefore, large numbers of other people do not exist.

Example: My friend, Rama, at one point explained how he had made out with his girlfriend numerous times (100?) without contraceptives, and yet without getting her pregnant. This, as we all know, is highly improbable, and is what inspired me to formulate my law of conservation of probablity. To try and explain to him the grave immorality of his behavior I pointed out how, according to this law, some poor sap in India was impregnating women every single time he tried! This unfortunate man in India was suffering the burden of my friend's irresponsibility, and thus he should reform of his ways and be more prudent.

Example: My friend, John, went skydiving today. In attempting to apply my law of conservation of probablity, he incorrectly theorized that because two of our small group had gone skydiving, large numbers of other people would not have the opportunity to do so. This is an improper application. The relevant observation is that he survived. If he continues to go skydiving, and continues to survive, then eventually he will displace enough probability to guarrantee that someone else will die skydiving each and every time they try!
